Chelsea Pottenger is the Founder and Director of EQ Minds, a psychology postgraduate, an international motivational speaker, an accredited mindfulness and meditation coach, and the author of _The Mindful High Performer_. Chelsea's own experience of post-natal depression in 2015 informs everything she does - which is why her sessions are both credible and deeply human. 

She has worked with major organisations including Google, Optus, CBA, and Macquarie Bank to improve team wellbeing, and she combines science with personal stories to share practical tools for building a positive, high-performance mindset.
