It's been a huge 2024 and we've got great things ahead! 

This year, we zeroed in on one core goal: making it easier for you to learn from the world’s top business leaders and thinkers.

We delivered several big improvements:

*   A **faster, smoother** platform that's easier to use
*   Clearer **reporting** for our corporate clients
*   A new **Enterprise** package for large teams. We also added the ability to learn in **groups**, which many of you requested
*   And we welcomed **Barbara Harvey** in a key role as Head of Learning. Barb’s been helping clients with designing **team learning journeys**

Big Improvements To Our Platform

The favourite part of my year is searching the world to curate an exceptional program of professional learning for you.

In 2024 we presented five **in-person events** in Australia and the United States. 

*   Wharton's top-rated professor **Adam Grant** wowed crowds totalling more than 5000, as he took to the stage in Melbourne and Sydney and on a livestream of the Sydney event
*   **Jim Collins** was a hit at both his CEO roundtable event and for those in the sold-out auditorium at his Good to Great® Immersion Workshop in Chicago. Both events will return in 2025

*   October’s **CultureCon™ Sydney 2024** (a collaboration with The Culture Institute) was completely sold-out and will return in 2025. A keynote by _Stolen Focus_ author **Johann Hari** was highly entertaining and we enjoyed speakers from EY, Amazon Web Services, the Museum of Sydney, AICD, and Swimming Australia
*   And we enjoyed the socialising and the buzz at **An Evening with Nir Eyal** over canapes and drinks at Tank Stream Labs

Our [members](https://join.thegrowthfaculty.com/#plans) also enjoyed dozens of live virtual events with global thinkers including psychological safety expert Professor **Amy Edmondson**, Radical Candor coach Amy Sandler, billionaire entrepreneur **Ray Dalio**, _Unreasonable Hospitality_ author **Will Guidara**, Dare to Lead certified **Kylie Lewis** , former FBI negotiator **Chris Voss**,  _Drive_ and _When_ author **Dan Pink**, and human rights lawyer **Rabia Siddique**.

And, as I said, this year I happily announced that popular speaker and award-winning author [**Patrick Lencioni**](https://thegrowthfaculty.com/articles/who-is-patrick-lencioni) returns in February 2025 for a live virtual Global Headline event!

World’ Greatest Business Minds

Our leaders sent us a clear message this year: they need practical skills to handle rapid change, especially around AI, and to guide their teams through what's next.

So, topics in 2024 included _change management, level 5 leadership, failure and human potential, fundamentals of leadership, multiplier leadership, AI and ChatGPT, adaptability, customer service, accountability, influence and negotiation, psychological safety, diversity and inclusion, communication, employee experience_, and _burnout._

We’ll double down on this theme in 2025, ensuring our community finishes the year feeling confident and prepared for ongoing challenges and change.

It’s been a big year for our team and, like you, we’re keen to refresh and revitalise ourselves for the professional and personal learnings coming our way in 2025!
