Gender equality means treating everyone fairly and equally, regardless of their gender. It's about giving everyone the same opportunities and rights, without discrimination based on whether they're male, female, or any other gender.

It's about breaking down stereotypes and biases to create a world where everyone has a fair chance to succeed, no matter their gender identity.

What is gender equality?

Gender discrimination means treating people unfairly because of their gender. It could be paying someone less because they are a woman or a man, or if a man or woman gets more promotion opportunities simply because of their gender, and even if they have the same qualifications.

It's wrong and can happen in many different ways, like at work or in schools.

#### Girls' Education Initiatives:

Imagine a world where every girl has access to quality education.
