It was while managing the Anthony Robbins event in London decades ago that CEO Karen Beattie first watched a world-class speaker light up a room and inspire an audience.

Back in Australia, running education events for mid-market businesses, Karen listened to the concerns of thousands growing businesses.

She saw a gap: leaders facing increasingly complex challenges were unable to access and be in the room with the world’s top business thinkers – until then reserved only for the big end of town.

So she set out to close it.
