As Australia’s most in-demand professional mentor and leadership coach, Ben has worked with athletes, CEOs, coaches, teams and executive teams all over the world, helping them with their mindset in a performance sense and with their perspective in a personal sense, to find a balance between confidence and happiness, and achievement with fulfillment.

Ben spent many years abroad working for Nike as their Head of International Sports Marketing. Returning to Australia, Ben expanded his mentoring, working with retired World No. 1 and 3-time Grand Slam champion Ash Barty, 8-time WSL World Surfing Champion Stephanie Gilmore, 15-time Grand Slam champion Dylan Alcott, 8-time Grand Slam champion Andre Agassi, the Australian Cricket Team, and 3-time AFL Premiers the Richmond Football Club. In 2025, he started working with Australian surfer Molly Picklum, who just recently won the WSL World Surfing Championships in Fiji.
