Story
The story begins, like many start-ups, with a stint working overseas.
WHAT WE DO: We help organisations build more effective workplaces by connecting established and aspiring leaders to strategic thinkers, bestselling authors, business-critical topics, and proven frameworks and tools wherever they are, whenever they want through live in-person, live virtual and on demand events and content.
WHO WE ARE: A small, but mighty Australian-based company operating out of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our diverse team are located along Australia’s eastern-seaboard and the UK.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN: It was a chance offer to help organise an Anthony Robbins event in London where Karen Beattie first felt the impact on audiences of a world-class speaker… and a spark was ignited that would later become the Growth Faculty.
After organising events for the Certified Practising Accountants Association (CPA) and MYOB to educate thousands of businesses. Karen established Growth Faculty in 2003 to address a gap in the market for powerful leadership content aimed at small businesses.

No job is too small. Our team are willing to do whatever it takes to guarantee our events run smoothly and get consistently better, even if it means taking on a task outside of our comfort zone.
